Identity Architects partnered with Edloe Health to design and deliver a 16,100 SF medical facility in Sugar Land that integrates advanced healthcare services within a modern, patient-focused environment. Delivered through a design-build approach, the project included both shell construction and fully customized interior buildout.
The facility features a state-of-the-art imaging center with MRI and diagnostic suites, along with a dedicated pain management clinic designed to enhance patient comfort and provider efficiency. Bold architectural lines and a contemporary façade establish a strong street presence, while the interiors balance advanced technology with hospitality-driven design.

The building includes outpatient clinical areas, therapy rooms, and supportive community spaces designed to feel welcoming and reduce the stigma often associated with behavioral health facilities. Vibrant interiors—featuring natural light, playful colors, and calming graphics—enhance comfort for both children and adults. Administrative offices and flexible meeting areas ensure that staff can operate effectively while remaining closely connected to client services. Strategically located in Conroe, Texas, the headquarters strengthens Tri-County’s ability to serve Montgomery, Liberty, and Walker counties. Through this design, Identity Architects created a facility that balances professional functionality with a warm, human-centered atmosphere, reinforcing Tri-County’s role as a trusted provider of mental and behavioral healthcare.

By reimagining the existing structure, Bellaire Station now supports a wide range of specialty practices in a space that blends efficiency, flexibility, and care-centered design.
