We designed the Signorelli Company’s corporate headquarters, a two-story Class A office that embodies the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision for growth. The building’s sleek glass façade and illuminated tower create a strong architectural presence while harmonizing with the wooded site. Inside, the design balances sophistication with warmth. A dramatic lobby with open steel stairs, polished concrete floors, and custom lighting establishes a bold first impression. Collaborative areas, private offices, and flexible meeting spaces are supported by hospitality-inspired amenities, including a lounge, café-style seating, and a bar area that connects to outdoor patios. The headquarters was thoughtfully crafted to serve as both a high-performing workplace and a reflection of the Signorelli brand’s culture of collaboration and innovation.

Creekbend Office is a two-story, 46,000 SF Class A professional office building designed to provide modern, flexible workspace within a contemporary architectural framework. Unlike a medical office building, the project was developed as a multi-tenant office facility intended to attract a diverse range of businesses.

The design emphasizes clean lines, extensive glazing for natural light, and refined architectural detailing that conveys both sophistication and efficiency. Masonry and metal accents are paired with expansive curtainwall glazing to create a timeless yet modern façade. Interior layouts and thoughtful lighting design foster collaboration, productivity, and long-term tenant appeal.

The Seth is a modern three-story mixed-use building that Identity Architects delivered through a complete design-build approach, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion. Its sleek architectural profile and abundant natural light create an elevated environment for both professional offices and large-scale gatherings. Inside, the facility features flexible event and meeting spaces with capacity for up to 400 guests. The design blends state-of-the-art technology with elegant finishes, making it equally suited for conferences, weddings, workshops, and private celebrations. An expansive patio and indoor-outdoor flow extend the functionality, allowing seamless transitions between professional and social uses. By uniting architecture, interiors, and construction under one roof, our team ensured efficiency, quality, and adaptability at every stage. In addition to offices and collaborative workspaces, the headquarters includes specialized amenities such as an on-site millwork shop for prototyping and fabrication, and a private gun range tailored to the company’s culture.
