At One Fannin in Houston, a new 10,943 RSF fertility clinic is doing more than opening doors—it’s redefining the journey to parenthood. With a mission to make IVF affordable and accessible, this standout space is making headlines and stirring hearts. It even inspired international street artist Yesterman to create his first-ever U.S. mural—a vibrant, “Where’s Waldo”-style piece filled with eggs, smiley-faced sperm, and bilingual affirmations of hope.
Bringing this vision to life wasn’t without its challenges: coordinating with offsite tenants, maintaining 24/7 embryo refrigeration, and navigating team transitions. But thanks to the dedication of Identity’s Sandra Freyre and Dave Kastendieck, every detail came together proving that even the most technical spaces can become vessels for life, creativity, and meaningful design.
