Thomas oversees and directs the entire design process, emphasizing intentional design that unites people and enhances community and healthcare experiences. He collaborates directly with clients, leading design charrettes and defining expectations for the finished product. Project goals and budgets are clearly outlined to ensure viability and long-term success.

Mixed-use development on 50 acres composed of 340 multifamily units, 30,000 SF of retail, 50,000 SF MOB, and five acres of complementary pad users. All with frontage to Highway 249 and centered around a pocket park focused on a community environment.

20,500 SF conversion of a former furniture store into a high-end clinical space with an MRI imaging suite and upper-floor corporate offices. Design-build solution for a fast-growing healthcare provider.

Homestead Station

Homestead, FL

62,000 SF Showbiz Cinema with 12 SDX screens, 10 bowling lanes, and an 8,000 SF arcade. Includes 25,000 SF of street-front urban retail, a seven-story 1,100-car garage serving as a Dade County BRT stop, and a 35,000 SF artificial turf urban park for community use and events.
