62,000 SF Showbiz Cinema with 12 SDX screens, 10 bowling lanes, and an 8,000 SF arcade. Includes 25,000 SF of street-front urban retail, a seven-story 1,100-car garage serving as a Dade County BRT stop, and a 35,000 SF artificial turf urban park for community use and events.
