As a principal of the firm, David is involved in all aspects of the company. His focus is on new business, client relationships and the delivery of quality work. His strong design experience stretches over a period of nearly thirty years. He has a unique talent to design multi-phased projects in a way that achieves approval from all parties involved. His personal contact with the client, administration and end users ensures a level of confidence and approval that is not matched.

Spring Valley, TX

Premier Bingle and Interstate 10 location designed to give local residents a new destination for gourmet dining and retail. A 25,000 SF two-story building centered around a 200-year-old oak tree and green space.

Cottage Place

Tomball, TX

Project 1 Project 1

Mixed-use development on 50 acres composed of 340 multifamily units, 30,000 SF of retail, 50,000 SF MOB, and five acres of complementary pad users. All with frontage to Highway 249 and centered around a pocket park focused on a community environment.

Edloe Health

Houston, TX

20,500 SF conversion of a former furniture store into a high-end clinical space with an MRI imaging suite and upper-floor corporate offices. Design-build solution for a fast-growing healthcare provider.

Homestead Station

Homestead, FL

Project 1 Project 1

62,000 SF Showbiz Cinema with 12 SDX screens, 10 bowling lanes, and an 8,000 SF arcade. Includes 25,000 SF of street-front urban retail, a seven-story 1,100-car garage serving as a Dade County BRT stop, and a 35,000 SF artificial turf urban park for community use and events.

ORN Plaza District

Oak Ridge North, TX

Project 1 Project 1

Private-public partnership to design and develop a mixed-use placemaking district composed of 60,000 SF of retail anchored by a new City Hall, Police Station, and a focal community green space.

Emergency Health Centre

Houston, TX

The nation's first 24-hour concierge emergency medical facility was constructed in 2007. The 15,000 SF building includes a lab and imaging center equipped with X-ray and a 64-slice CT scanner capable of producing 3D images. Fourteen private treatment rooms and a lavishly finished patient waiting area.

Diabetes Center of America

Houston, TX

This first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art health center is purpose-built for diabetes care and wellness management. It features a convenient on-site lab, a living room-style lounge, conference rooms for private, personalized consultations, and on-site retinal and vascular exam rooms. The 13,000 SF free-standing facility also houses clinic and corporate office space.
