Bryan leads the commercial retail market studio. He has extensive knowledge and 20+ years of experience in designing commercial buildings that are within budget and are delivered on time. Bryan supervises a team of 12 and is actively involved in each project from inception until completion. Bryan's area of expertise is in prototype development, site adaptation, and construction documentation.

Mixed-use development on 50 acres composed of 340 multifamily units, 30,000 SF of retail, 50,000 SF MOB, and five acres of complementary pad users. All with frontage to Highway 249 and centered around a pocket park focused on a community environment.

62,000 SF Showbiz Cinema with 12 SDX screens, 10 bowling lanes, and an 8,000 SF arcade. Includes 25,000 SF of street-front urban retail, a seven-story 1,100-car garage serving as a Dade County BRT stop, and a 35,000 SF artificial turf urban park for community use and events.

Market At Houston Heights

Description: Market at Houston Heights transforms a prominent stretch of Shepherd Drive into a recognizable mixed-use destination. Designed as a two-story retail and office hub, the project establishes a strong architectural anchor within Houston’s thriving Heights neighborhood.

Industrial-inspired forms, corrugated metal cladding, and expansive glazing define the building’s character, while a neon-yellow sculptural stair tower serves as both wayfinding and architectural branding—creating a bold, Instagram-worthy focal point along the corridor.

Shops at Gleanloch Crossing

Spring, Texas

Architectural design of two new shell retail buildings totaling 33,050 SF on a 4.16-acre site, along with interior reconfiguration at Shops at Glennloch Crossing. The tenant rework includes subdividing the existing Iron Tribe space in Building A to create a new ±1,200 SF Suite 300.
