Private-public partnership to design and develop a mixed-use placemaking district composed of
60,000 SF of retail anchored by a new City Hall, Police Station, and a focal community green

Designed and remodeled an 11,585 RSF lease space within the 65,000 SF Bellaire Station Medical
Office Building to support a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic. The layout was tailored
to meet tenant programming requirements, emphasizing optimal flow, functionality, and patient
experience.
A 12,900 SF, two-story retail shell in Katy's master-planned community. Designed contemporary
farmhouse façades with full articulation. Focused on master planning, place-making, exterior
design, and construction administration.
A 50,000 SF, two-story tilt-wall facility within the Memorial Hermann Pearland Medical Campus,
integrating spaces for ATH, Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine, and UT Physicians.
A 7,700 SF contemporary retail building featuring perforated metal façades, layered wood
detailing, and expansive glazing. The design activates its urban corner, extending storefront
energy into the public realm through material craft and walkable connections.
3,000 SF Bungalow-style retail building. Contributed to site planning, exterior design, and
construction administration. Developed the site layout, structural framework, and storefront
detailing.
5,800 SF corporate office headquarters located on the second floor of a 20,500 SF Houston
medical facility remodeled by Identity. Contributed to interior design, programming, and space
planning.
Grogan’s Mill Village Center is a façade remodel of a 32,200-square-foot adaptive reuse
renovation, a recipient of a Development of Distinction award from the Urban Land Institute,
located within the original village of Grogan’s Mill in The Woodlands, Texas.
