Another Fogo de Chao by Identity Architects! The 8500 square foot Portland restaurant, in the former NikeTown location, features three private dining rooms, a glassed-in grilling area, a large salad bar, bar, and the largest wine display in downtown Portland.

IN THE PRESS - New Richmond Center

Long Meadow Farms is slated to open in August, another Richmond area project by Identity Architects. Earlier this week, Gallery Furniture broke ground on their new 140,000 square foot flagship store off Grand Parkway. Houston Business Journal.

Gallery Furniture Flagship

Gallery Furniture announces groundbreaking on its newest flagship store in Richmond TX.

Owner Jim McIngvale recently told the Houston Chronicle "he had been thinking about expansion in Fort Bend County for about two years and has owned the property for about a year and a half." And he added, "I've been trying to get the right architect," he said. The design is the work of Identity Architects Principal Keenon Rayner.

Planned amenities of the flagship site include a playground and tree house for children, a large restaurant and an area where residents of the Brookwood Community for Disabled Adults will sell their products.

FOGO DE CHAO NYC Final Walk-through

Barely a week before Opening Night the Identity Team was onsite for the final walk through and punch list. The newest Fogo location will open for dinner Thursday Dec 19 and begin lunch Dec 23. Here is a brief gallery showing features, final construction efforts, and opening preparation.

Fogo de Chao San Diego Opens Tonight!

Interior photos coming soon; Fogo de Chao spent five years eyeing San Diego for expansion. When the Borders bookstore vacated this location Fogo grabbed the 12,000 SF 1st floor space and Identity Architects created the great new space which seats 350 in main dining room and five private rooms.

Perry's Memorial City Bar 79

Opened earlier this year, the boldly updated Bar79 is the first of its kind for Houston-area Perry’s, featuring an open concept complete with island bar, a lounge area and views of the Memorial City skyline, plus live music six days a week. The bar’s exciting energy is also open and light, still casually elegant yet inviting to all. 

Fogo Boston

Another recent project, this Fogo de Chao is located at Boston’s  historic Copley Square, home of a variety of important architectural works; The Public Library, Trinity Church, and Hancock Tower. This early dusk image of the new atrium captures the curved maple paneled walls and restaurant entry. A 12 ft tall x 6 ft wide rustic sliding entry door, amber light boxes penetrating the restaurant walls, stained glass artwork, and the dramatically sized ring shaped chandelier preview the sophistication of the restaurant.
