Process

The IDA process is one in which we collaborate, communicate and coordinate with the project team throughout the design process.  What is essential to “our concept” of the design process is our effective communication and listening skills with the client and the user groups during the programming phase.  This allows us to incorporate the client’s ideas, needs, technologies, material resources and standards seamlessly throughout the project.  Historically, we leave behind well-designed buildings of inspiration, innovation and technology.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide our staff with a controlled environment of both new and old ways of thinking and problem solving, resources and management in order to maximize the value of the buildings we design and renovate in order to meet our client’s needs. This process allows us to make the best planning and design decisions, contribute to building performance, ultimately enhancing a positive influence on the buildings our client’s occupy. 

Goals

Our goal is to create additional value on projects through better design, effective communication and exceptional listening skills. Whether our client’s needs are centered on new construction or renovations, Identity Architects approaches each project with the same intent: to provide a knowledgeable team to work closely with the client in order to achieve better value through innovative thinking and a collaborative approach.
