Cy-Fair Medical Center project was a multi-phased medical hospital facility renovation. Over 25,000 SF of interior design renovations for Medical/Surgical, Nursing, Outpatient Care and Emergency Room departments.
Cardiovascular Clinic– Houston, TX
15,000 SF freestanding ground-up cardiovascular clinic. Complete imaging center including CT Scan and Digital X-ray. Patient waiting lobby and multiple exam rooms. Corporate administration office on site. Project currently in schematic stage.
Centerfield Medical Office Building– Houston, TX
Three story, 81,073 SF medical office building purchased by Methodist Hospital during the construction phase. Ground up construction with class “A” interior finishes. Located near and adjacent to Methodist Hospital at Willowbrook.
Construction cost for this project was $6.5 million.
Diabetes America Corporate Offices and Clinic– Houston, TX
This first of its kind, state-of-the art health center is purpose-built for diabetes care and wellness management. Center has a convenient on-site lab and a living room-like lounge; conference rooms for private, personalized attention and on-site retinal and vascular exam rooms. 16,000 SF free standing clinic and corporate offices.
As a key team member in the expansion program for Diabetes America, IdA has completed 16 satellite Clinics in Texas. It is currently completing designs for several additional clinics in six other states.
Emergency Health Centre– Houston, TX
The nation’s first 24 hour concierge emergency medical facility was constructed in 2007. The 15,000 SF facility includes a lab and imaging center equipped with x-ray and a 64-slice CT scan capable of producing 3-D images. The 14 private treatment rooms and lavishly finished patient waiting area provides a pleasant setting during the less than 30 minute wait to see a doctor.
Houston Northwest Medical Center– Houston, TX
Focused on creating a “hospitality feeling” in a hospital setting, IdA assisted in transforming the interiors of this long standing hospital. Renovations and additions included Post Partum, Endoscopy, Nurses Stations, Nourishment, Telemetry Unit, Retail units (Curves, Coffee Shop), patient rooms, corridors, staff areas, doctors’ lounge, support spaces, registry, etc.
Memorial City Medical Plaza MOB II, III, IV– Houston, TX
No project is too small for IdA. The on-going build-out of over 100 new doctor’s offices and specialty clinics amounting to more than 2,000,000 SF. New construction included laboratories, oncology, cardiology, pain and health management, ENT, pharmacy, lobbies, credit unions, etc.
Post Partum, Houston Northwest Medical Center– Houston, TX
Interior renovation to approx 15,122 SF to level two of the Post Partum department. Renovations to: nurse station, work area, nourishment, concierge, patient rooms/bathrooms and corridors, doctors' lounge and locker rooms.
River Oaks Hospital– Houston, TX
Preliminary pricing and schematic design for the complete renovation of the second floor surgical suite located within the hospital.
Spring Creek Health Care, Minor Emergency Clinic– Spring, TX
Designed as a local neighborhood minor emergency care clinic, this retail location is 2,800 SF and is composed of seven exam rooms, a triage area, procedure room, patient waiting and administrative areas.
Spring Klein OB/GYN– Houston, TX
Regional, neighborhood, 6,000 SF OB/GYN Clinic. Clinic included Bone Density and Genetics Lab.
Telemetry Unit, Houston Northwest Medical Center– Houston, TX
Interior renovation to the Telemetry unit located on level three. Work Includes: Interior finish upgrades to patient rooms, corridors, staff areas and support spaces. 13,900 SF
Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist– Houston, TX
Six specialty, non-prototypical clinics throughout Houston, Texas. Clinics included designs for specialty sound booths, controlled allergy suites and multiple exam rooms. Interior Design included extensive built-in millwork and finish selections.
The Breast Center at Houston Northwest Medical Center– Houston, TX
Accredited by the American College of Radiology, the Breast Center provides screening, diagnosis and consultation services, emphasizing emotional support and education. A hospitality style interior was chosen to provide a recognizable and soothing environment for patients. The exterior facade was designed to comfort the patient and evoke an understanding that the facility they were entering was state of the art in every way. Diagnostic Services included two full field digital mammography rooms, two dedicated breast ultrasound rooms and a breast MRI suite. The building will be a freestanding 13,000 SF addition to the hospital. Currently in schematic design.
The Gathering Place Mental Health Facility– Houston, TX
Privately funded mental health facility located in Houston, TX. 12,285 SF freestanding building with amenities including clubhouse, meeting rooms, social areas and kitchen facilities.
The Menninger Clinic– Houston, TX
Remodel of existing psychiatric 100,000 SF medical campus. Scope included multiple buildings, exam rooms, patient beds, a pharmacy and nurse stations. Usages included Adolescent Treatment, Eating Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Adult Care. Support facilities included administration offices, security, interview rooms, gymnasium food service and multi-purpose rooms. Relocated existing Topeka Kansas based clinic to Houston, and brought facility into compliance per Joint Commission and TDH standards.
