GeoDynamics – Millsap, TX

Corporate office and lab for technology development company with worldwide distributed manufacturing capabilities for oil and gas well perforating systems and solutions. Lab building included explosive advanced shaped-charge testing area and manufacturing facility. Two story office structure included classrooms, open and closed offices, conference rooms and observation deck.

This unique 8,500 SF environment was created by the employees as a reflection of their needs and wants.  An open break room, sitting area with LCD and bright colors are a few elements incorporated to create a less “slick modern” more “modern cozy” atmosphere.

This project was an expansion and conversion of an existing visitor’s center into a neighborhood office complex. Two additional buildings are included in the design and overlook the adjacent golf course. Upscale, rustic, inviting and neighborhood were key words used to describe the design goal.

Located in Round Rock, TX at the entry to Terravista subdivision. Currently on hold.

Timberline– Houston, TX

Currently in design is a new ten story office building located on Houston's downtown Buffalo Bayou.  The building shall have a four story parking structure topped with 72,000 SF of class "A" office space.  The first floor plate shall be suspended in the air more than thirty feet to create a dynamic entry and avoid the adjacent flood way.  Estimated construction cost to be $15M.
